How do I convert to Catholicism? What is the conversion process?

I am 24 years old and I am interested in converting to Catholicism. I've always been interested in Catholicism. I remember as a young child reading various religious books on Catholicism. I would always find myself ping by various Catholic churches but never actually going inside as I found it very daunting and foreign to me. I never really lost interest in Catholicism, but I never really appreciated it till now as I am a more mature person. I now find myself being continually tested as I find it harder to rebuke temptation in this modern world. If anyone could help me by graciously bestow upon me some helpful information, I would be very appreciative.
