How do i get emancipated at 17 in SC?

hey im 17 an want to be emancipated cause i have a child an we are out growin tha house an i really ready for me and my baby girl to be on our own an take care of my child cause i already share a room wit my sis an child an i been havin problems wit my mom not wantin her dad to come see her i think he would be alot of help for me if she let him an its really stressin me out i just really think i would be better off wit me an my child but i dont know how to do it an how does it work
