I have a harment call from the same guy everyday more then 10 calls a day. what do i do?

The guy says he is the legal department for cashnet, which is a loan provider. I have never took out a loan, he told me that he is only doing his job. he basically told me that he lies to people to get there money. tells me that he loves me everyday and will not stop calling me. I called my phone company to trace the call and report it to the police seems like nothing I do is working. he also told and threatened me that he has my social security number and the he will hack into my information if I change my phone number. He always aks me to marry him. please help me I am going CRAZY with these phone calls all day long
