The Republican party is severely broken. Should it be fixed or disbanded?

Keep in mind, that the American Whig party, was permanently disbanded, for being willfully ignorant and were called “the know nothing party.” Where Republicans have become synonymous, with premature and wishful thinking. In other words, the Republicans cannot see past their own hopeless lies. Hence, cannot fix themselves.
