A young girl student in Gujarat was gang d by six professors for last 6 years. Is this real free India ?

In Patan city of Gujarat, a young , very intelligent & brilliant young girl student , undergoing teacher's training in govt. run training college was gangd by six professors namely Manish Parmar, Ashwin Parmar, Suresh Patel, Atul Patel, Kiran Patel & Nahendra Patel for last six months. That was going on since 2001 with girl students in the college. Her father Babubhai Makwana was threatened for dire consequences if he reported to police. How can this happen in India ? Chief minister Narendra Modi, the butcher of 1,00,000 innocent Muslims since 2002 talks too high of peace, security & development in the state but reality is contradicting in all respects. Crime against girl students in Gujarat & Maharastra is at peak. In Mumbai city too 80% girl students are ually tortured. All medical girl students have to have with staff members of colleges every year to escape being failed deliberately. How to eliminate this most inhuman dirty culture against girls at once ?
