Am I Being Bullying at work?Please help?

Where i work there is me and two other men in 1 building. I have been there for 3 years and them 2 for 2 years.. they are good mates and have known each other for years before working here.They are brown nosers and get on v.well with the bosses.. however if i have a day off they dont talk to me for a week and then go into the office and make stuff up e.g that they knew i wouldnt be in because i told them i was having a day off. total lies.. the bloke has never liked me since day 1. I went into the office and told the bosses about this yesterday but as they are all pally i dont think it will do any good..He has also had his cousin in doing my job on a weekend who is not even on the payroll there. Is there any legal advice I can seek about this? I have wrote everything down and everything that has been said to me for reference if that is any use? please help. as i feel i am being pushed out of my job.. is this a cl of bullying?
