Am I overtraining on my chest and tris day?

I just started working out a couple months ago I do chest and tris on Sunday back and bis Monday cardio Tuesday legs and shoulders wendsday and arms thur and take off Friday and sat. last Sunday I did flat bench 3 sets of 8 did chest dips 3 sets of 8 incline bench 3 sets of 8 decline 3 sets of 8 flys 3 sets of 8 Front raise and pullover 3 of 8 and Dumbbell 3 sets of 8 is this over training in one day I've noticed good results in the past 3 months but from what I've read it sounds like I'm doing too much???
