Has anyone ever worked as a "serving wench" for medieval times restaurant and dinner theater?

If so , is it a good paying job? I am worried about carrying those heavy trays with ceramic beer steins around the entire arena, and trying to hear peoples orders over the noise from the show. Also, I have a hard time understanding people with heavy foreign accents, and being around DC there is ALOT od non-english speaking people. I want to make the right choice.....I really need a job, but I don't want to get one I'll not be good at.........I have bartender training, but limited experience.
