I honestly dont think you should chase after her. I think you should move on. She moved away, so theres not really any way for this to move forward. Either she will move on or you will move on because remember, there are other people out there. Just because it would not be a good idea to like her in a romantic way, it wouldn't be a bad thing to be her friend.
