Maplestory Magic/Summoning Rocks?

I can't find this on hiddenstreet, but I recall there was a certain El Nath NPC that sold you magic and summoning rocks for 5k a piece if you completed his or extensive quest. I don't quite remember the gender. Does anyone know who this is? Thanks!
