one should first understand what is the customers actuall need in detail, then accordingly we can offer them for sam quality and most competitive rate. For consumer packs we can use economy packs so that at lower level people can also easily get it , sell will be yes slow but in long term it will be beneficial.One should be very very carefull for designing the packing material to make it more attractive and economy . Most of the companies do not approach the rural areas where there is a huge requirement of economy packs . Customer services is also an equally required area where one should keep focus , as this helps in getting the repeat orders and it gives an additional cushion type help to users . We should always be in touch with our custmers for their valuable feedbacks and comments on which we can go on improving by satisfying their needs .
