Shooting Pain And Blood?

I had my first ual experience a few nights ago with my girlfriend. It was tight and hard, and I pushed hard and i felt a twanging feeling in my and a shooting pain. I looked at my tip and it was covered in blood...Now it stings when I pee, but i can't see any damage. Any ideas what the hell I did?
