Should i get a lip piercing the same side i part my hair?

some of my friends say it'll look to heavy on one side, but i don't know. i want it on my right side but what if it does look heavy??? and what jewelry piece will they put in it? i heard they put a round sphere stud, do i have a choice cause if i have to have a stud i want a pyramid one. lol. but really Yahoo1 people help me.
