A very Racist Teacher?

My teacher is very racist!She's nosy she treats me like a retatred person.(Not trying to be mean by saying that)But she think im a retard cause im asain.Now she going to far with me now she's trying make me friendless.She said I don't desevre to have any friends at all.She wants everyone in my school to hate me.She been trying turn my bestest friend against me.What can i do to her to stop??
