What is a good cupcake icing recipe?

I don't want just normal icing sugar + water I want that really fluffy looking icing like this a href="http://blogs.timeslive.co.za/gatherer/files/2008/10/cupcake-stand_49.jpg" rel="nofollow"http://blogs.timeslive.co.za/gatherer/fi…/a I want it to be really soft and to be able to put it on through a piping bag. I don't want it flavoured or anything. Just white fluffy icing that i can add food colouring to :)
