What's your take on the latest banking drama Wachovia-Wells Fargo vs.Citi Bank?

i am a citi employee, and we got an email today saying we were still buying it, that wells fargo cant do it legally. but i just asked the question of who is gonna buy it. so i dont know. all i know is citi thinks they are buying it, so much so that they emailed all of us to convince us lol
